Returns Policy
-Purchased goods (except accessories) can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and original packaging, make sure all items in the packaging are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred and no refund will be given.
-The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items that do not meet these standards will not be considered for return.
Purchase is not eligible for return
-The final sale/clearance product is not eligible for return.
-The accessories are not eligible for return.
-Accessories can only be returned if there are defective/damaged or wrong items.
-After submitting the return request online, you must email us a picture showing the problem/defect.
How to Make Your Return:
Step1: Click the "Tracking Order" feature at the bottom menu of our home page.
Step2: Enter your Email Address and Order Number.
Step3:There is a "Return" button in the specific order. You need to click it to submit the return request and you will get authorization and a return address via email within 48 hours.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your returns.
We'll email you once we have processed your refund.
Fast Refund:
Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned package without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Exchange policy :
All returns will be processed as refunds. Exchanges are not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order shave already been shipped.
