RETURN THE GOODS
• After payment and before shipment: contact our customer service as soon as possible to cancel your order. No need to bear any costs;• Goods shipped to China warehouse: If you are due to personal reasons (the following wrong order or do not want it), you need to bear the $5 return fee; if there is a slight quality problem, we will provide you with a free exchange. If you pursue perfection, please place your order carefully.
• The product has left the China warehouse:
The goods are not accepted in international transportation; after you receive the goods, if the goods meet any of the following conditions, they can be returned, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs; in other cases, returns are not supported.
Situation a. Severe quality problem: The goods are severely damaged when they arrive and cannot be used, and are caused by non-logistics factors (if it is due to logistics damage, we will assist you to claim compensation from the logistics company)
Situation b. The product was sent wrongly: the received product size/color/style is completely inconsistent with the order information
• Return requirements: Please contact our customer service before returning, provide your order number and physical photos of the product. The physical photo of your product needs to prove that the returned product does not affect the secondary sale, that is, it is satisfied a. The product is not used b. The label is received, the washing label and the tag label are intact c. The original, the packaging is intact; d. The product will be sent within 7 days after receipt. If the goods we receive do not meet the above return standards when the logistics and packaging are intact, you will not receive a refund; if you want to get the goods back at this time, you need to bear the cost of re-transportation.
If you refuse to sign for shipments from Leooutdoor for no reason, we will not refund any fees.
Exchange

Return and exchange steps
CONTACT US
Please provide us with the following informationa. The original order number b. The reason for the return and exchange c. A photo that clearly shows the condition of the item d. The detailed information of the item to be replaced: item number, name and color e. Your delivery address and phone number, name.
• CONFIRMATION we will confirm
We will confirm the condition of the product by email and provide you with the return address. After we confirm it, you can send the product.
• RETURN customer returns merchandise
Please feedback the waybill number by mail after sending the goods. Please do not choose to pay. If you choose to pay on collection, we will reject it and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. ,
• CONFIRMATION & REFUND Our receipt confirmation and refund
After we receive the actual product and confirm that it meets the conditions for return and exchange, we will arrange an exchange or refund within 48 hours after receiving the returned product (PayPal refund, wait up to 48 hours for the account to arrive). If the goods we receive do not meet the return criteria, no refund will be given.
